Sourced from the Ngada district on Flores Island, Indonesia, this coffee is grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Inerie by a network of 12 farmer cooperatives in Bajawa. These smallholder farmers grow Arabica varietals under shade trees like bamboo and Juria, using traditional, sustainable methods. Their collaboration yields a coffee with smooth body and bold, chocolatey richness — a true reflection of Flores’ unique landscape and community.
